Lunches We Made with the Kids
WE DECIDED TO BRING LUNCH FOODS TO THE KIDS AND DO A HANDS ON ACTIVITY. THE ACTIVITY WILL INCLUDE US SHOWING THE KIDS HOW TO MAKE THEIR OWN BALANCED BOWL! THE KIDS GOT A CHOICE OF GRAINS, FRUIT, VEGETABLES, DAIRY, HEALTHY FATS, AND PROTEINS. WE PROVIDED ALL THE FOODS TO MAKE IT AND THE KIDS WILL LEARN FROM THE SLIDESHOW BEFORE HOW TO MAKE THEIR BOWLS THEY MAKE FULLY BALANCED AND HEALTHY.
